Pricing, plainly

No per-user fees. No lock-in. Free SDS downloads.

SupplySafe charges per site, so your whole team can use it. Pay month to month and leave when you like. Anyone can open the current SDS from your poster without an account. And you can try it free for 30 days, no card needed. Here's each promise, with the fine print.

No per-user fees

You pay A$39 per site per month, or A$390 per site per year (two months free). Add the owner, the workshop manager, the apprentices and the office: the price stays the same.

The fine print: your plan counts your active sites, with a minimum of one. An archived site isn't billed. Before you add, archive or restore a site, SupplySafe shows you what it does to your bill.

No lock-in

  • Month to month. No minimum term and no cancellation fee.
  • Cancel in the app. Settings → Billing. Your plan stops at the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing more is charged.
  • Take your register with you. Download it as a CSV or a PDF register list whenever you like, including after you stop.
  • The safety document stays. If you stop paying, the current SDS for products already in your register and the QR poster view keep working for your staff and emergency services.

The fine print: a yearly plan runs to the end of the year you've paid for, and we don't refund part of a period, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it. Once a plan stops, adding and changing register entries is paused until you start one again.

Free SDS downloads, no login

Anyone who scans your QR poster sees your site's register and can open or download the current SDS for each product. No account, no app, no password to forget. Every SDS published on SupplySafe also has a permanent link that anyone can open.

The fine print: downloads cover SDS that are published on SupplySafe. A product still waiting for its SDS shows "SDS not yet available" until it's published. Send us the PDF from your folder and we'll load it.

A 30-day free trial

Sign up, set up your register and print your poster. No card needed until you choose a plan, and you won't be charged before the trial ends.

Founding price: A$29 a month per site for your first 12 paid months. First 100 workplaces, start your plan by 31 March 2027. Paying yearly, it is A$290 a year per site for your first year.

The fine print: the trial is 30 days for your company, starting when you begin keeping a register. Adding a site later doesn't start a new one.

Questions about pricing

Is there a limit on how many people we add?
No. Add your whole team: owners, admins and members. You pay per site, not per person.
Is there a minimum term or a cancellation fee?
No. Pay month to month and cancel any time under Settings → Billing. Your plan stops at the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing more is charged.
Do you refund a yearly plan if we cancel part-way?
No. A yearly plan runs to the end of the year you've paid for, and we don't refund part of a period, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it. If you'd rather keep it flexible, pay monthly.
What happens when the free trial ends?
If you haven't chosen a plan, adding and changing register entries is paused. Your register, QR codes and every SDS stay open. Add payment details under Settings → Billing to carry on.
Do manufacturers and suppliers pay?
No. Manufacturers, importers, brand owners and suppliers use SupplySafe free, always.
Do we still need printed SDS?
Safe Work Australia's guidance says the register and SDS can be kept electronically, as long as workers and emergency services can get to them readily. It also suggests a backup, such as hard copies, in case power, internet or phones fail. So we recommend a printed backup folder alongside your SupplySafe register. SupplySafe makes it in one click and shows "Reprint needed" when an SDS changes. The final call is the business's.
We already keep a register. How do we move across?
Search the catalogue and tick what you hold; you can add every result of a search at once. There's no self-serve spreadsheet import yet, so send your current register to hello@supplysafe.com.au and we'll help load it. A product isn't listed? Send us the PDF from your folder (hello@supplysafe.com.au) and we load it and keep it current.
Who keeps the SDS up to date?
The company that issues it. Manufacturers and importers publish their current SDS on SupplySafe, free, and each one is checked against the PDF before it goes live. When they publish a revision, every register that holds the product switches to it automatically and marks the line as updated, so you can tell your team what changed. An SDS we load for you from your folder, we keep current too. SupplySafe never writes or edits an SDS.

Try it on one site, free for 30 days.

No card needed. Add your whole team, print the poster, and see if it fits.
