For multi-site businesses and WHS teams
One register per site. One view across all of them.
Each site keeps its own chemical register, QR poster and printed backup folder. You see every site on one page: what needs attention, which SDS changed, and who changed what. Invoices carry your ABN and PO number.
What you get
-
Sites and areas you run yourself
Add, rename, archive and restore sites, and the areas within each one (paint store, wash bay, workshop). Each new site gets its own QR poster straight away.
-
Copy a register to a new site
Make the new depot like the old one in one go. Products already there are skipped, and you get a summary per site.
-
An all-sites overview
Per site: how many products, how many need attention, how many SDS are expired or missing, and whether the printed folder needs reprinting. Click a site to see its register.
-
Exports for audits and your boss
A CSV per site or for all sites, and one PDF register list of every site, made on our server so it prints cleanly.
-
Who changed what, and when
A change history across your sites: products added, removed or moved, newer SDS marked as read, sites and areas changed. Download it as a CSV.
-
A weekly summary, if you want one
Optional and off until you switch it on: a Monday email to owners and admins with what changed at each site and what needs attention.
When WorkSafe visits
Open the site on your phone or hand over the printout. For each site you have:
- the register list, with the current SDS and its revision date for every product;
- the QR poster at the door: anyone can scan it and read every current SDS, no login;
- a printed backup folder, and a "Reprint needed" flag when an SDS changes;
- the change history: who added or removed what, and when.
SupplySafe keeps the register, the access and the currency. It does not decide which of your products are hazardous, and it is not a substitute for a risk assessment or professional safety advice.

Pricing, per site
A$39 per site per month, or A$390 per site per year (two months free). No per-user fee. Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial.
Founding price: A$29 a month per site for your first 12 paid months. First 100 workplaces, start your plan by 31 March 2027. Paying yearly, it is A$290 a year per site for your first year.

Security and your data
Your data is stored in Sydney. Owners and admins use two-step sign-in, and every database table has row-level security, so one company can never read another's register. Manufacturers never see which workplaces hold their products. Our database provider takes daily backups of the production database.
What it doesn't do yet
- Stock quantities and dangerous goods thresholds. Each entry has a free-text quantity note. There are no totals, maximums, placard or manifest calculations.
- Site-level roles. Owner, admin and member apply to the whole company. There is no "manager of one site" or view-only role yet.
- Risk assessments. You can't attach a risk assessment to a register entry.
- Single sign-on. People sign in with email and password, with two-step sign-in for owners and admins. No Microsoft or Google sign-in yet.
- Bulk import from your spreadsheet. Not self-serve yet. Send us your current register and we'll help load it.
Need one of these? Tell us. It helps us decide what comes next.
Questions multi-site businesses ask
- How is a business with several sites charged?
- Per site: A$39 per site per month, or A$390 per site per year (two months free). Your plan counts your active sites. Before you add, archive or restore a site, SupplySafe tells you what it does to your bill, and the change shows pro rata on your next invoice. An archived site isn't billed.
- Can each site manager see only their own site?
- Not yet. Today everyone in your company sees every site, and owners and admins manage all of them. Site-level managers and view-only access are on the list; tell us if you need them.
- Can we copy our register to a new site?
- Yes. Choose a site to copy from and one or more sites to copy to. Each product is copied once, into the same-named area if you like; anything already on a site is skipped, and you get a summary per site. Quantities aren't copied, because every site holds different amounts.
- Is the weekly email on by default?
- No. It's off until an owner or admin switches it on, and each owner or admin can stop it for themselves. A quiet week sends nothing.
- What does an inspector see?
- Whatever you show them: the site's register list (on screen, as a PDF or printed), the current SDS for each product, the QR poster at the door, your printed backup folder and the change history. SupplySafe doesn't speak for any regulator; check what your state or territory regulator expects. Safe Work Australia's guidance on registers is a good start.
